Biodrop Duo is a maintenance-free tabletop device with a cuvette holder and a micro volume port. The port enables absorption measurements in just 0.5 µl sample volume without cuvettes. Ideal for quick serial measurements of DNA; RNA or proteins. The cuvette holder offers the possibility for measurements with larger volumes with conventional 10 mm cuvettes. The device has a large color touchscreen and preprogrammed methods for measuring DNA; RNA; oligonucleotides and proteins. Generated data can be saved internally or transferred from the device with a USB stick. The photometer can be operated with a PC and the supplied BioDrop Resolution Software via a USB connection. A device with an integrated printer can also be selected as a complete stand-alone solution. No calibration required. Easy cleaning of the sample port with a lint-free cloth.
