Increase in spheroid formation: Allows cells to grow in suspension with virtually no cell adhesion. Supports many different cell types in their ability to create spheroids. Allows for consistent; repeatable cell growth.

Development of the 3D cancer cell cultures: Minimizes variability and supports the consistent arrangement of the cancer cell spheroids; which simulate the 3D structures during tumor growth. This provides a better model system for tumor cell development and for the effectiveness of anti cancer drugs.

Promotion of the formation of embryoid bodies (EB): Its superior quality illustrates the formation of the embryoid bodies of pluripotent stem cells with minimal spontaneous differentiation. As a result, the cells are still able to differentiate into all three cotyledons.
