The kit contains 3 ready to use bottles for a 3–step bath staining technique, the staining only requires inserting the slide successively in the 3 different bottles for 5 seconds in each. Bottle 1 the FIX-RAL 555 bottle allows to fix cells on the slide. Bottle 2 the EOSINE-RAL 555 contains an eosin solution, an acid stain with special affinity with basic cellular elements such as cytoplasm. Bottle 3 the BLUE-RAL 555 contains a methylene blue dye, a basic stain fixing acid cellular elements like nucleus and chromatin of cells. This RAL 555 Kit has been specifically reformulated without formol for safety. Using the RAL 555 Kit, sensitivity, reading and interpretation of the staining are similar to those of standard stainings. Since it can be performed quickly, it is the best staining way for emergency diagnosis. RAL 555 Kit is the best rapid version of May-Grünwald Giemsa staining.
