The Model F is a visual colorimeter designed to optimise the use of Lovibond® glass filters in order to express colour in terms of Lovibond® Red; Yellow; Blue and Neutral. Model F is a versatile tintometer for measuring the color of liquids; solids; powders and pastes in Lovibond units. At the same time; the user compares the color of the light that either penetrates the sample or is reflected by the sample with the light that is passed through several colored glass filters in the three primary colors red; blue and yellow. The disks are adjusted until a color match for the light that has penetrated the sample is found optically; the color is then given in Lovibond RYBN units.

An accessory package for solid samples for measuring light-reflecting products is also available. The scope of delivery also includes a 12 VAC power supply; switchable to 110/220 V mains voltage. |
