Description

This standard is used in testing Benzene levels in Gasoline in accordance with the International Standard ASTM D6277 and EN 238 using infrared (IR) instrumentation.
This product is prepared gravimetrically on a weight/volume basis to a specification of 2.5%. Reagecon holds ISO 17025 accreditation (A2LA Ref: 6739.02) for calibration of laboratory balances.
The identity of each standard is verified using a high performance calibrated Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS Instrument). The mass spectrum of each of the analytes is confirmed by comparison with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) mass spectral library.
