For the ready-to-use filter units only virgin raw material is used. This ensures that there is no interaction with the sample to be filtered; provided that the units are used properly. The filter units are intended for laboratory use only and at temperatures up to 60°C. Note: If syringes with a volume <10 ml are used; a pressure could be created which exceeds the max. operating pressure (700 kPa/7 bar) of the filter unit. EtO-sterilized = endotoxin free according to LAL-Test (USPXXIII); Sensitivity: 0.25EU/ml. Inlet female luer-lock. Outlet luer cone or extended tip. Autoclavable at 121°C. Hydrophobic membrane. Ideal for filtration of non-polar liquids and gases.
