Very high rigidity, excellent tensile and flexural strength, fatigue resistance. Excellent wear and abrasion resistance. Not resistant to strong acids, alkalis and hot water or steam. Very low coefficient of linear thermal expansion. Forceps made of Stainless Steel type SA, from 16.5 to 18.5 % chromium and nickel and molybdenum as additional alloying elements. Non-magnetizable.
