Visual comparators for colour grading. A series of 3-field instruments designed for visual colour grading by direct comparison between the sample and coloured glass standards. The sample and two adjacent glasses on the colour scale are viewed simultaneously; making it easier to achieve the optimum colour match. The tungsten halogen light source is colour corrected to CIE Standard Illuminant C (B for the EBC Comparator 3000) and guarantees constant lighting conditions for colour grading. Versions of the Comparator 3000 are available for the following scales; each supplied with the appropriate range of colour standards and sample containers.
