Quality at Reagecon
........................................................................................................................................

Reagecon is committed to the provision of high quality products and service to all our customers, whether the products are manufactured at our facility in Shannon, Ireland or sourced from our partners.

ISO9001:2000
To realise this commitment, Reagecon have implemented a Quality Management System (QMS). Reagecon utilises this quality system to ensure a structured and systematic means of working, in order to meet and where possible exceed our customer’s expectations. This QMS is structured around ISO9001:2000 and involves everyone at all levels and in all areas of the company. (See attached certificate) Reagecon has ISO certification since 1990.

ISO17025
The laboratory at Reagecon is accredited to ISO17025 by the Irish National Accreditation Board for a range of test methods. ISO17025 is a stringent, laboratory specific, quality management system. (At Reagecon it is applied to 12 different test methods). The ISO17025 standard outlines all of the requirements that testing laboratories must demonstrate to prove that they are technically competent and that the laboratory generates technically valid results. Reagecon were initially audited for compliance to EN45001 in 1990 and are now audited to ISO17025 by INAB. (See attached certificate)

NAB as a member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation (ILAC) and the European Co-operation for Accreditation (EA) have adopted ISO17025 as the new standard for its laboratory accreditation programme. Useful websites to view other member bodies are www.ilac.org, www.inab.ie and www.european-accreditation.org

Certificates of Analysis
Reagecon, where possible, provides Certificates of Analyses for manufactured products. These certificates detail the specific lot number per batch and the mean assay value. They also detail the date of test and expiry date. Reagecon’s Certificates of Analyses, where possible, outline the relevant traceability and test method details. Click here for certificates.
