Reagecon and Fisher Scientific form New Partnership

Reagecon is a leading distributor of laboratory and scientific supplies and services to the Irish market. Some of the products are manufactured in our 42,000 sq. ft. facility in Shannon and others are distributed on behalf of manufacturers that are world leaders in their field. Our offering includes a substantial suite of calibration, validation and training services and our CleanphixTM Waste Removal programme is unique in the Irish marketplace. The Company employs close to 80 people, one third of which are science graduates, in our Shannon and Cork offices.

New technical developments, increased competitiveness in all industries, stringent regulatory demands and greater emphasis on all aspects of the value added chain have placed new demands on scientific suppliers.

To meet these challenges, Reagecon has arranged with Fisher Scientific to become its distributor in Ireland.

The $5 billion company supplies several hundred thousand products to pharmaceutical, life sciences, food, clinical, state and educational sectors in 150 countries globally. We are very excited by this new partnership with Fisher Scientific and believe it moves Reagecon into a leading position in the Irish market and transforms the laboratory supply landscape in Ireland. The combined strength of the two companies will bring innovation, clarity and critical mass to the Irish market place and will offer customers real choice and value.
