Marketing Campaigns Manager
This is a permanent role based in Shannon. Reporting to the Customer Communications Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the total management of Reagecon's marketing campaigns to specific targeted audiences in Ireland, Europe and Rest of World.
Key Responsibilities include:
* To plan, create and execute marketing campaigns including: * - Researching target market size * - Establishing Buyer requirements * - Purchase and Build of Target Database * - Proposition and messaging development * To brief and manage marketing agencies (Design, PR, and Web) on the concepts and deliverables required for each campaign. * To project manage each campaign, including the drafting, design, print, production and broadcast of: * - Direct mail * - Electronic direct mail * - Newsletters * - PR * - Events - on-site management of seminars, trade shows, and university projects, nationwide * - Web site * To report back on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using in-house databases and campaign reporting tools. * To maintain and report on the budget spend for each campaign.
Applicants will have a relevant third level qualification and a minimum of 2+ years experience gained in a Marketing Communications Department to include direct management of marketing campaigns from planning through to reporting. A proven track record in project management is essential as is the ability to manage several projects at the same time. The successful candidate will have a good eye for detail and be willing to travel on occasion.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (PART TIME, TEMPORARY)
Applicants will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in the design of commercial newsletters using Illustrator/PhotoShop and/or Indesign.
This position is for approximately 2 days a week on a temporary basis for 2 – 3 months. The successful candidate can choose to work in house or offsite with regular onsite visits. Key responsibilities are:
• To draft and design regular newsletters targeted at a specific customer base • To ensure newsletters are in line with corporate identity • To maximise commercial awareness through printed newsletters • To contribute to any other responsibilities of the Marketing department as required
Attention to detail and creative flair are essential attributes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and effectively communicate ideas to management.
